Equipment Function:

  • Automatically cuts, strips, crimps, and threads one end of the wire into the rubber shell.

  3. Crimping machine uses a frequency converter motor with 0.02mm adjustment accuracy.
  4. Supports simultaneous operation of up to 5 wire specifications and 15 wire colors.
  5. Integrated touch-screen interface for crimping management, vision inspection, and parameter control.
  6. Cutting length controlled via encoder closed-loop for high precision.
  7. 3-axis split-type guided insertion improves efficiency and protects terminal functional area.
  8. Flip-over defective product isolation ensures 100% separation of defective products from good production.
  9. Each functional unit has its own interface for easy debugging.
